Philippians: Joy in Chains

When Paul sat down to write his letter to the Philippian church he was in prison in Rome, and he would never get out. This letter is one of Paul’s most personal, because of his love for the Philippian church. They supported his ministry from beginning to end at great cost to themselves. You see Paul’s appreciation of them throughout the entire letter, but you also see joy and purpose.

How can we know that kind of joy and purpose?
