James: The Wisdom of Faith

We are starting off 2019 with a new sermon series in the book of James. Even though James is a New Testament book, it’s considered wisdom literature, which means that it focuses on practical, day-to-day living in light of our faith in Christ. James speaks of the Christian life in a way that gives significance and meaning to every moment. In a world of triviality and endless distraction, James would urge us into the deep end of life, where the life of Christ fills our every action.
